j777 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan's Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to j777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j777 ("j777", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all use of the j777 website, mobile platform, and any related services made available to you.

j777 is an online sports betting and gaming platform operated for the benefit of Pakistani players. All services on j777 are offered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By creating a j777 account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or accessing any part of the j777 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand their contents, and agree to be legally bound by them.

j777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page periodically so you remain aware of any changes.

To open a j777 account and use any service on the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of j777:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j777 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, joint accounts, and accounts operated by agents or third parties on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement — either voluntarily initiated on j777 or through any other applicable scheme. Attempting to register a new account while under self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not have previously had a j777 account closed for any breach of these Terms, fraud, or abusive behaviour.

j777 reserves the right to request proof of identity, address, payment method ownership, and source of funds from any player at any time. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during any verification process is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one j777 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be merged or closed. Any balance on duplicate accounts may be confiscated. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact j777 support immediately to have the situation resolved without penalty.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information j777 requests. This information must be kept up to date at all times. If your personal details change after registration, you must update your account profile or notify j777 support promptly.

• Your account username and password are your personal responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• j777 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including any bets placed by someone else using your credentials if you have shared or failed to protect them.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact j777 support immediately to request a temporary lock.

j777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are reflected in your j777 PKR wallet. No currency conversion is applied.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits via mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically credited within seconds.
• IBFT and bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to credit depending on the issuing bank.
• j777 does not charge any fee for deposits. Some payment providers may charge their own transaction fees — check with your provider before depositing.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method belonging to someone else, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. j777 reserves the right to return funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source and to suspend the account pending investigation.

j777 operates deposit limit tools that allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. These are available in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may take up to 24 hours to increase (to provide a cooling-off period). j777 strongly encourages all players to set deposit limits as part of responsible gaming practice.

j777 processes withdrawal requests automatically 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The platform targets a processing time of under 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals under standard conditions. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the recipient institution.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.
• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not processed under any circumstances.
• j777 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe will delay the withdrawal until verification is confirmed.

j777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Such requests are standard AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures and do not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. j777 appreciates your patience and cooperation during such reviews.

All bets placed on j777 are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type in addition to these general Terms. Sport-specific rules are accessible from within the relevant betting market on the j777 platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.
• j777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. A manifest error includes but is not limited to: odds displayed due to a technical fault, odds that do not reflect the true market, or incorrectly listed event information. j777 will notify affected players and return stakes to their wallets.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event — other than in designated live in-play markets — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum bet: Rs 50 per selection.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, and event. j777 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on any single bet or any single account.

Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, j777's void and settlement rules apply as described in the sport-specific rules section of the platform. Generally: if a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying time (as defined per sport), all bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed, bets are held for 72 hours and voided if the event does not resume within that window.

j777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. Specific promotion terms are published alongside each promotion on the j777 platform and in your account notifications.

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are applied to bets after your real-money PKR balance is depleted.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• j777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions will not be retroactively altered for bets already placed.

j777 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse — including but not limited to: staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts. Any account found to be abusing bonus offers will have the bonus and any associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false information during registration or at any point during your use of j777.
• Creating or operating more than one j777 account simultaneously.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, gather information, or interact with the j777 platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software vulnerability, or pricing mistake on the j777 platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information about live bets, or otherwise manipulate results.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the j777 platform, including making deposits that are not intended for genuine betting activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing or being aware of match-fixing and failing to report it to j777.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward j777 staff or other players.
• Allowing any other person — including family members — to use your j777 account.

j777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false information at any stage.
• Conduct that j777 reasonably believes puts the platform, other players, or the integrity of sport at risk.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, j777 will communicate with the player via their registered contact details. Genuine balances held in suspended accounts will be returned after any investigation is concluded in the player's favour, subject to identity verification.

You may request the closure of your j777 account at any time by contacting support. If you are requesting closure due to problem gambling, j777 will process the closure immediately and apply appropriate safeguards. Please be clear about your reason when requesting closure so j777 can assist appropriately.

j777's collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the j777 Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy before registering.

In summary, j777 collects personal data for the purposes of account operation, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and improving the platform. j777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and where required by law.

j777 retains your data for as long as your account is active and for a period after closure as required by applicable law, typically five years for financial transaction records. • Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits — Set maximum daily session durations. When reached, your session is automatically ended.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Take a voluntary break of between 1 day and 6 weeks. Your account is locked for the selected period with no ability to reverse during the cooling-off.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from j777. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

j777 trains its support staff to identify signs of problem gambling and to respond appropriately. j777 may proactively contact players showing certain behavioural patterns to offer responsible gaming support, and in serious cases may impose limits or close accounts to protect vulnerable players.

j777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for legal and regulatory compliance, to reflect new products or services, to address emerging risks, or for any other legitimate business reason.

When material changes are made to these Terms, j777 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or on-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the j777 platform after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you should stop using j777 and contact support to close your account. Any bets placed before the date of a revision are governed by the version of the Terms in effect at the time those bets were placed.
